BILL OF SALE AGREEMENT between Old Treasures New Pleasures and Buyer. Items presented are pre-owned and in good to excellent condition. We strive to purchase quality, higher end furniture. Buyer agrees to purchase said item as is and acknowledges that returns are not accepted.

Payment 

Electronic Payments secure by Square Checkout. Tax and any fees will be added at checkout. Any questions should be communicated through the Contact Us tab prior to purchase.

Shipping/Delivery 

We use GoShare a third-party delivery company. GoShare has no affiliation with Old Treasures New Pleasures, their service can be accessed by going to GoShare website.

Pickup

Free local pickup provided by customer including labor, covers, tie down, equipment and tools. Old Treasures New Pleasures will provide wrapping when feasible. Items should be picked up within 7 days of payment if not, a refund will be issued less 20% of sale price for holding fee.

Suggested customer pickup date & time shall be communicated to the seller via the Contact Us tab along with any other questions you may have regarding the item.

Returns

All sales are final.

Warranty 

Seller does not guarantee the items use for any particular purpose.

Privacy Policy

Old Treasures New Pleasures will not share or sell your personal information, finical, contacts or any personally identifiable information.
